At Park City Culinary Institute, we collaborate with the area’s top chefs and restaurants to offer a distinctive culinary program that rivals some of the best culinary schools in the country, without spending years in school. Our concentrated, 4- 6- and 8-week programs teach you exactly what you need to know to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. Evening programs are also available.

Students can choose between our 120-hour Cuisine Certificate, the 80-hour Pastry Certificate, or the combined 200-hour Professional Certificate in the Culinary Arts.

The Cuisine Certificate now includes 120 hours of training
Daytime programs for the Cuisine Certificate are now 6 weeks long
Evening programs for the Cuisine Certificate are now 9 weeks long

The Pastry & Baking Certificate will continue to include 80 hours of training
Daytime programs for the Pastry and Baking Certificate will continue to be 4 weeks long
Evening programs for the Pastry and Baking Certificate will be 6 weeks long

The Professional Certificate in the Culinary Arts now includes 200 hours of training
Daytime programs will now be 10 weeks long
Evening programs will now be 15 weeks long
