When you attend our Boutique Culinary School, you can apply for your dream job after just 6 weeks of training, instead of 2 years. The sensible alternative to an Associates degree.

Our 6- to 16-week Certification programs teach you exactly what you need to know to hit the ground running. Convenient schedules allow you to study full time or part time, mornings, afternoons, or at night after work!

Choose between our 120-hour Cuisine Certificate, the 108-hour Pastry Certificate, or the combined 228-hour Professional Certificate in the Culinary Arts.

You get to choose your rate of study, from a few hours a week, to our new Accelerated Program which has nine hours a day of hands-on practice and guidance. Customize your schedule!

  • the Pastry & Baking Certificate is 6 weeks long during the day, or 8 weeks at night

  • the combined Professional Certificate in the Culinary Arts can be completed in 12 weeks during the day, or 16 weeks at night. We also have a new Accelerated Program which allows you to complete the full curriculum in just 6 weeks by attending the morning and afternoon classes together.

Due to popular demand, we added an afternoon session. This gives you three different options to attend school:
  • Morning classes, from 8am to 12:30pm
  • Afternoon classes, from 1pm to 5:30pm
  • Evening classes, from 6pm to 10:30pm
We are also making it easier for people to graduate quicker. If you want the quickest way to complete the curriculum, you can now do that in 6 weeks. Enroll for a morning and afternoon session together, and you can pursue both the Cuisine and Pastry & Baking programs at the same time.
