PTj5 781Developing his career at Grand America, David Chen is the sous-chef at University Hospital, and the farmer behind Zoe’s Garden, a CSA in Layton that delivers locally throughout Salt Lake City and Park City.

An award-winning ice carver, David also makes guest appearances at his brother’s acclaimed restaurant, Tona Sushi in Ogden, UT.
